  • M28: D3.15 Second Data Accounting prototype: ToC defined. Work delayed since Adrian Coveney was on sick leave forsome days. STFC promised a full draft by end of this week.
  • M28: D3.16 Final report on EGI Service Registry and Marketplace: Draft available in the doc server. To be completed this week
  • M30: D3.17 Final release of the accounting and operational tools: TOC available in the doc server. Today is the deadline for contributions from the product teams.

Task JRA1.1 Authentication and Authorisation Infrastructure

  • Done: Provisioning of VOMS information through SAML/OIDC interfaces (Connectors to Ops Portal) done. RFC: https://rt.egi.eu/rt/Ticket/Display.html?id=13179
    • This enables the moving into production of the AppDB VMOps dashboard
  • Done: Mapping of personal X.509 DN(s) to EGI ID in COmanage
  • Done: RCauth.eu CA - Integration guide for SGs added to wiki
  • In progress: Translation of VO information into VOMS proxies
  • In progress: Self-service web UI for managing OIDC/Oauth2 tokens
    • Relevant for the EGI FedCloud

Task JRA1.2 Service Registry and Marketplace

  • New version of the module integrating the Marketplace with RT released last Fri
    • Problems on setup this new version into the Marketplace: CYFRONET nodified
    • This version includes:
      • Marketplace Integration with RT
      • Workflow to automate AoDS service order management
      • Integration with CheckIn service to record users in the vo.access.egi.eu VO
  • Dashboard in PrestaShop customised according EGI needs: to be tested

Task JRA1.3 Accounting

  • Cloud Accounting
    • Cloud schema v0.4 rollout finalised.
    • Long running VM support is under testing: Some corner cases that are being tracked down.
  • Storage accounting
    • 27 RPs have sent storage accounting records within the last two months.
    • Currently getting sites to validate their data (12 sites have, 7 in progress).
    • New service type added to GOCDB (‘eu.egi.storage.accounting’).
    • A few final tweaks and then planning to put into production Aug/Sept.
  • Dataset usage accounting
    • Second prototype has been developed more and tested against EGI DataHub.
    • Some tweaks made to the data set accounting metrics.
    • Drafting report for deliverable D3.15.
  • Accounting Portal - New release under testing
    • API to get accounting data directly from the accounting portal
    • Cloud views updated to support the new usage record
      • Wallclock time multiplied per the number of CPU cores
    • Possibility to select a measurement unit (day, month, etc)
    • Maps to show the graphical distribution of the accounting data in country views: the implementation was too poor. This feature will be removed by this release and included (in a better shape) in the next.
