• Create connection between EGI Federated Clouds Task Force and Digisam (Michel)
• New scenario included by Borje in the Addendum to D3.1 (version 0.8 to be uploaded in the Document DB): work on scenarios needs to be synchronised between WP3 and WP5
• Reporting template for feedback to WP3: set up a Wiki page where to put what we want to report (aspects, capabilities) and the gradings. Check the Addendum to D3.1 to gain input and suggestions. (Michel)
• Low participation: send an email asking for a committment to those partners who are not actively participating in order to cover more scenarios and to organise more PoCs. If no answer elevate the issue to the Technical Coordinator. (Michel)
• eCSG Webinar: scheduled on 24/6 at 16 CEST
• Deadlines: feedback to WP3 by 31/8, D5.3 (first version for internal review) by 15/9, D5.3 (final version) by 30/9
• Michel will circulate the minutes of the Sprint meetings once they are available
• Next meeting (seventh sprint review + eighth sprint planning) will be called by Michel by email + Doodle as usual and will be held using Webex.
