Data transfer from GGUS to NGI_CZ ticketing system
For transferring data from the GGUS system to the NGI_CZ ticketing system GGUS uses the web services provided by the NGI_CZ ticketing system. Available operations are:
- TicketCreate for creating a new ticket in NGI_CZ ticketing system and
- TicketModify for updating an existing ticket in NGI_CZ ticketing system.
